FAQs
Are sink side sprayers universal?
While many side sprayers and rinser assemblies share standard 1/2 inch thread sizes and are designed to be broadly compatible with various commercial sink setups, it is recommended to verify your specific basin's mounting dimensions before installation to ensure a perfect fit.
What type of water should be used with this rinser?
This rinser spray assembly is designed exclusively for use with cold water. Connecting the unit to a hot water supply may damage the internal valves and seals, reducing the lifespan of the product.
Can this be used for home coffee stations?
Yes, while it is a commercial-grade tool, it is frequently used by home baristas to maintain the cleanliness of their milk pitchers and coffee equipment, bringing professional-level hygiene to home setups.
Are your products authentic and imported?
Yes, Dropy India sources all products directly from the USA. We guarantee that this rinser assembly is an authentic imported item, ensuring the quality and durability you expect for your equipment.
What does the star actuator do?
The star actuator is a pressure-sensitive plate. When you place a pitcher or glass upside down on the star and press down, it automatically activates the water spray, allowing for hands-free, rapid rinsing of the vessel interior.
