How to use
- Wash your feet thoroughly and dry them completely before application.
- Remove the paper covers from both sides and peel off the white cover in the middle of the patch.
- Place the longer side of the patch horizontally on the sole of your foot, then wrap the wings securely around the back of your heel.
- Leave the patch on for a minimum of two hours, or wear it comfortably overnight while you sleep.
- Discard the patch after a single use.
