Two benefits for one
Prior to finding this product, I had been taking both lutein and omega 3 fish oil for both cardiovascular and eye health. It was extra work to find two separate high quality products. Now I can take everything together in one good tasting product from Barlean's.

Delicious source of omega 3s
Tastes great, very sweet but a very nice flavor. Much nicer way to get your omega 3's in than any other product I've tried. I save it for last in my nightly regimen so the flavor can last.

FAQs
Is coconut oil better than MCT oil in coffee?
Medium-chain triglyceride oil is generally preferred over standard coconut oil for coffee because it contains concentrated caprylic and capric acids, which convert into immediate energy. Additionally, this emulsified formula blends smoothly into liquids without leaving a greasy, separated layer on top of your beverage.
Is coconut oil in coffee keto friendly?
Yes, adding healthy fats to your coffee aligns well with ketogenic diets as it helps sustain energy levels and keeps you full. This specialized medium-chain triglyceride syrup is specifically designed to support ketosis while providing a rich, sugar-free flavor.
How much MCT oil should you put in your coffee in the morning?
The recommended serving size is one tablespoon daily, which mixes easily into your hot or cold coffee. If you are new to using these supplements, you can start with a smaller amount and gradually increase it to the full serving.
