Babies Love This!
This little wonder surprised me as to how adequately it receives. A basic unit with no TF card slot or USB drive slot, just a nice little shirt pocket fun to use little radio. Also that 18650 battery is a plus and that rechargeable battery comes with a charging cable which you connect to the usual 5volt charger everyone has with their cell phones. For the cost, I think you'll be impressed with the receiving power of this little green(the shade I got) gem. There is one thing I wish it had and that is a larger band on SW(shortwave) which is only 7.8 to 16.20Mhz, but hey you can't have everything for the price I paid for it. Even has an earphone jack.

Classic wind up radio
Strong well made. At least you know it's charging Good sound on all bands Substantial size but incredibly portable Think smaller job site radio. Noticed can't employ radio when in sun charging. Enjoy. Solid game on the radio patio item. Keeps it charged. I keep it t in a sunny window.

The repetition, and hand strength in winding the toy makes it decent developmentally
I'm an worn school radio guy but I do have a a couple of completely digital radios and I like them a lot and relish using/listening to them. It has an analog dial and controls and has a DSP tuner. That is the digital part. If you're looking for an old school super radio, this is it. When tuning in a station it locks right in. I'm highly happy with this radio and immensely recommend it if you want an uncomplicated, easy to operate radio. I have the original GE Super Radio, the 1st one, from the 1980's and the EP PRO is at least comparable if not an improvement over it. You are either on the station or you're not. The radio has fantastic sensitivity and selectivity when stations are near each other. The FM antenna gets all the stations in my area that I can get in my car. The sound is wonderful for the spoken word, but the radio does have bass and treble controls for music listening. However, I enjoy my analog radios too. The internal AM rod antenna gets the fragile stations quite well and I found little or no improvement using my Terk AM Plus loop antenna with it. The antenna is 36 inches long and that makes all the distinction. One fragile and one solid. The CCrane EP PRO is, to me, the best of both worlds.

Enduring toy with amazing appeal.
Nice radio for the price. Sound quality could be finer but for the cost it's faultless. We work with it in our camper and it's fine for that.
