mere ek colleague ne suggest kiya tha bcoz lower back ki lag jati hai desk pe baithe baithe. normally belts chubhdi hai par ye medical grade wala actually comfortable hai. kapde ke niche pehno toh garmi bhi nahi lagti bcoz breathable knit material hai. posture better rehta hai ab.

Ordered this on a whim mostly because my lumbago was acting up again. honestly my expectations were low as I have tried basic pharmacy belts before that do nothing. But this one actually surprised me. The 4 aluminium stays at the back give proper rigid support without feeling like a cage. Im giving 4 stars only because the delivery got delayed by two days but the brace itself is very effective and the tension straps are easy to adjust.
