  2. If desired, cut patch to size.
  3. Peel off protective backing and apply sticky side to clean, dry affected area.
  4. Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.
  5. Children under 12 years of age: Consult a doctor.
  6. Do not use on wounds or damaged skin, and do not use with a heating pad.
