    Solved my flaw and helped grow a stronger nail

    I got these over the winter because my closed-toe dress shoes have a narrow toe box, and that causes my toenail to grow into my skin. If you slide the shim down the edge of the toenail and into place and slightly rotate it, it will settle between your nail's edge and your nail bed. Trim the top with clippers to meet the top of your nail. It should stay in place like this long enough for your nail to grow past it and properly. Then, you can take it off. I wore mine for two full weeks including at my gym nights. I had to replace the one on my other toe once, but it was usually secure without issue. These really help and I came back to write a positive review because I have been so happy with them. Few things have allowed my toe nail to grow properly and alleviate the pain, so I'm glad I found these.
