This stuff is a game changer, I've tried several products to remove hard water, most with horrible smells that make you wanna run out of the room. But this little bottle packs a lot of power. I bought a house recently and the shower windows had been neglected for what looked like years, I did what other reviews said and cut a scrub daddy in half, put gloves on and started what I thought would be a very long process BUT it wasn't, this stuff starts working instantly and amazingly. You literally rub it all over the area with hard water give it a scrub and rinse it off and walla, crystal clear windows, I ended up doing the entire tile shower since it worked so fast and easily plus the showerhead and faucet. It left zero residue and I only used a fraction of the bottle. I wouldn't highly recommend this to anybody that has a shower.
