    while the guard was positioned correctly, the front outline was considerably decreased, and I saw a reduction in the amount of self-consciousness I had while wearing fit garments. My body was able to maintain its position even when I moved it in a regular manner, and I did not have the vexing sensation of anything slipping about or bunching up. Due to the fact that the textiles were quite slippery, I had to do a quick check in the toilet once or twice on days that were longer. While I was away from residence, I found it handy to have one in my gym bag so that I would not have to scramble to find anything to wear when I changed my clothes. In addition, I put it through a series of basic exercises, such as squats, lunges, and stretching, to see whether or not it moved. In some lighting conditions, I was still able to detect a little edge on extremely light-colored leggings that were very slender. As a result, I now consider it to be a tool that may be used to enhance the overall appearance, rather than a guarantee that every outfit will become invisible.
