  Great spray! Works every which direction. And sprays on evenly.

  First off, Biofreeze had become a very comforting friend to me, it really does help with a lot of my pain.I really like this spray. It's basically an aerosol. So it sprays any which direction which is kind of a necessity. It is by far my favorite way to apply biofreeze. I've used all the types. The only drawbackIs that the bottle hoed much quicker. The spray is so great but it does seem to use more this way. A plus (other than already the best part of being able to apply to anywhere with ease) is that because it seems to use more spray and sprays evenly, you can really feel it working much more than the other types (like the more common rub on, non aerosol spray, roll on). Anyways, it's such a good product. I'm so glad I tried this spray out! I've just ordered the spray for the second time. I still have the tube and roll on, but they just don't do as good of a job.

  Highly recommend this product, if you suffer from chronic or recurring pain

  This is an excellent product. I have chronic back pain, and my physical therapist introduced me to Biofreeze. I particularly like this 360 degree spray. The gel and roll on are good, too, but I find this version to be the most effective. It has a higher percentage of the active ingredient (menthol), and so I have found that it works better and lasts longer. Plus, the 360 degree spray allows me to apply it more easily to my own back. I am fairly active, and when I apply Biofreeze before a workout or working in the yard, my back pain is replaced by an intense, cool, tingling feeling ... which is much preferred vs. pain. It smells like mint, but the odor fades somewhat. Besides, it's just mint. None of the Biofreeze products last as long as the patches that are out there (i.e. 8 hours). However, this Biofreeze cold therapy spray provides GREAT relief for an hour or two, so that I can perform physical activities pain-free, plus it does not fall off when I perspire, like a patch does. The only down side to the 360 degree spray is that it cannot be brought along on flights when I travel, but I keep some of the roll on for those occasions. If you struggle with ongoing pain, this is well worth a try.

  My husband loves this as much as I do...

  ...because he no longer has to put up with a VERY grumpy wife or hear me moan and groan in pain 24/7!A great friend of mine, staying with us for a few days, was using the Biofreeze 360 to treat her pain from arthritis, fibromyalgia, lupus, etc. I too suffer with the sameailments/ diseases, which all can cause unbearable pain. She offered to let me try it out on my hip, which by the way, needs replacing and my pain level was at a 7.I will not lie to you, I was quite skeptical and actually declined her offer multiple times before relenting. Well, I must say, this spray form of biofreeze is the best topical pain reliever I have EVER tried. (And let me tell you, I have tried just about everything on available on the shelf as well as, multiple rx pain prescriptions . Yeah, my rx pain patches work...somewhat, but they always fall off, so really what good is that!I digress...Biofreeze ROCKS and I am eagerly awaiting my 2nd Dropy order of biofreeze 360! The spray goes on evenly and within a minute the targeted begins to feel ice cold -so much so, it feels hot! About 10 minutes later,the cold heat passes, as does most of the menthol smell, giving way for the blessed numbness and relief deep deep down in the targeted joint or muscle.Oh, and the claims of the spray can being able to spray at ANY angle - yep, it works, even holding it upside down as I spray it on normally unreachable (to me) back. No more trying to contort my body into pretzel positions to get a little relief.

  This stuff is amazing!

  This stuff is instant freeze in an awesome 360-degree spray can. I love this stuff. Works instantly on charlie horses, cramps, aching shoulder muscles, bursitis in my shoulder, you name it. Sprays on and dries pretty quickly, doesn't stain my clothes. I'm going to be a repeat customer, this stuff works better on me than the other brands. I rarely get charlie horses anymore because I exercise and supplement, but I got one the other night. Sprayed this on, and instantly the spasm stopped and I had relief. That made a believer out of me. I've used it all over and it's potent. Be careful, because when you spray, you will get a little residue on your hand, no matter how careful you are. But it works at any angle, hasn't clogged and works so much better, that is easy enough to fix with soap and warm water. Wash your hands after using. The first time I used it, I guess I didn't realize that I had a little residue on my hand, and I scratched my nose. My nose tingled! I started washing my hands after that with each use, and highly recommend this stuff, it's way better than the roller ball or the sticks or the gel that you get everywhere.
