Really helps quickly
I have been using Biofreeze for years for back, hip pain. The relief doesn't last 8 hours, but does help for 3-4 hours. Use sparingly. I have the gel pump, the 3 oz. gel tube and the 360 degree spray. 2 for home, 1 to take to work. It goes on cold and doesn't really get too warm. It just feels good. I recommend it. It does have a menthol smell to it, but doesn't bother me.

Biofreeze saved my vacation
Biofreeze just works! I had tendinitis in my heel during an intense walking vacation. I needed to wear a boot but instead I used Biofreeze gel patches on my heel.
