    Wonderful

    In 1994, I traveled to Israel and the Dead Sea and experienced the healing properties of this mud. I CAREFULLY heat a compact portion in a bowl and apply to area that hurts. I wrap in Press N Seal to hold to skin, then wrap in "space blanket" and a towel to retain heat. After about 20 minutes my ache is gone. Though, I occasionally do a full-body application, for the most part I work with it for my aching hands or feet.

    I absolutely loved it. Not sure if it operates alone, but as a part of complex measures it brings outstanding results Combined with Guam cream, a proper diet, and massage, it does its job perfectly. Visible results in a a handful of weeks.
