I am a believer in Dr. Gundry who believes that MCT is a product of the Ketosis generation process to help in fat burning. Nevertheless, it should be known that I also go to the gym at least five days a week now.I have not experienced any ill affects from this article and take 3 capsules at least 3 times a day. I am trying this product and have lost weight and fat. Usually 4 times a day.It has a good reputation, is cost competitive and I prefer the gel caps.I just requested more and would recommend this product to anyone interested in trying a item with similar purpose.Good luck with your effort regardless of what piece you use.

I wouldn't say it tastes just enjoy a fast food milkshake due to the fact the flavor is really tamed, but if you mix it with milk it enhances the flavor.
