Amazing life saving product to help with nosebleeds. Its compact size allows you to carry it with you in your purse or wallet. I keep at least one packet in all purses, first aid kits, & cars. We use the nicely designed foam strip to stop intense nose bleeds in their spot. It's an expensive product but worth every penny. I have not experienced any discomfort while using the product.
