Easy to take, helps recover faster. This product does not help you avoid getting sick- but once you feel that tickle in your throat it definitely helps you recover faster.I have my kids take it and recommend to all family, who have also had positive experiences.It has a very very light sugar taste, but is easy to leave below the tongue as the little balls dissolve. My 6 year old does it without issue (and he is picky about flavor).
