FAQs
What is a Boon Trove milk collector?
The Boon Trove is a wearable, passive silicone manual breast pump designed to collect breast milk runoff. It fits discreetly inside a mother's bra and uses natural, gentle suction to capture let-down milk during nursing or throughout the day.
Does the Boon Trove increase milk supply?
The Boon Trove acts primarily as a passive milk collector rather than an active expression pump. While it efficiently saves let-down milk that would otherwise leak, it does not mimic active infant nursing patterns to significantly stimulate or increase overall milk production.
How do you sterilize this silicone breast pump?
The silicone components can be sterilized safely using boiling water, microwave steam sterilizers, or conventional electric steam sterilizing equipment. Ensure all parts are completely disassembled and washed with warm soapy water prior to sterilization.
Is the Boon Trove available on Dropy India authentic?
Yes, all products available on Dropy India are authentic and sourced directly from the United States of America. We ensure that Indian parents receive genuine, high-quality international baby care products safely delivered to their doorstep.
Can the Boon Trove breast pump be cleaned in a dishwasher?
Yes, the platinum silicone breast pumps and sealing plugs are top-rack dishwasher safe. However, the polyester travel pouch should be hand washed or wiped down separately to maintain its shape and fabric integrity.
