The taste is amazing, It literally starts working within the first 5-10 min of taking it. It dissolves super easy and it is totally worth the price. I could be super tired not wanting to work out and then I take this and I am so ready to get my workout on. It helps me to lift for a lot longer. It digests very well and does not have any effects on my stomach whatsoever. I would absolutely recommend this product!!
