  Similar if not equal to berberine

  Wow! 360 capsules per bottle, 1 capsule 2x per day = 180 days, 6 monthsWhen I saw this coming from Bulk Supplements, I was on top of this in a heartbeat. Almost all of what I take in supplements comes from this place. I've been to the facility, seen how careful they are with 3rd party testing, and their customer service is spectacular on the very rare occasion that I've had a product problem [always a shipping issue]But now about the African Mango. I was unaware of the traditional uses until looking it up but it seems to at least have some of the same effects as berberine, though the mechanism could be slightly different. Nevertheless, my glucose monitor showed that there was a mild if not equal effect, and that's what I go by.I need to set up a more controlled and longer study of my own to rate long term effect but the short term benefits are definitely there. I've got a lot of berberine in stock so that transition won't come for a while if at all, but I'm happy to keep it in my back pocket as an alternative. I've been concerned about long term availability in volatile markets, so it's good to know that there is an alternative.

  Six month supply

  I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes full to the neck, which is pretty rare nowadays.If used as directed it will last six months.The "best before" date on mine (THANK YOU for not printing it on the bottom of the bottle!) is Apr 30, 2028.The capsules don't smell like mango, but they do have a pleasant almost imperceptible scent and taste. They are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says none of those. The product page says 3rd-party tested and manufactured to cGMP standards.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. The bulksupplements site is functional, and says they have COAs (Certificate of Authenticity) available for all their products. All supplement companies should do that. I don't see a phone number but they do have a chat feature and Contact page form on the website, and they have a listing on Google Maps with both an address and phone number.I found an article from the end of 2023 done by an online lab which tested 15 supplements from BulkSupplements, and 1/3 of them did not pass. Reasons included some that contained almost none of the advertised supplement, one had toxic metals, and another had 2.75x more potassium chloride in it than was listed on the label (noteworthy because that is involved with electrical signaling of the heart). I still include this because one thing I admire about them is that they went to work immediately to resolve those issues. Respect.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I have used quite a few supplements from this company with good, no negative, effects. Their prices are good, and it's nice to know the product is coming from an established company.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

  Simple and Great for Wellness Goals- Would Love More Sourcing Info

  This African Mango supplement is super straightforward, which I appreciate. I would normally opt for the bulk version and may in the future. However, this is easier to take on the go and also offers an ample supple. It has just 1200 mg of Irvingia gabonensis per serving in a clean capsule. The serving size and value are great, especially since this bottle lasts a long time with 180 servings. As of yet, I am not sure my weight loss is because of the supplement or because of focus and discipline. However, there has been weight loss in a healthy and sustainable way. My focus is great and I am sleeping great on most nights.I'm using it as part of my wellness routine to support metabolism, appetite control, and overall energy, and I like that it fits in easily without any side effects. It feels like a clean option I can trust, and I appreciate that it's made and tested in the USA. This method is easy to take, feels good, and I'll continue using it. It would be helpful to see sourcing information and credentials readily available on the product page and bottle.
