    Very high quality product.

    I believe this is the best form to replenish the body. NOTE that it is a Fat-Soluble form and is best taken with food/meals containing fats (not carbs, as there is a big difference) for optimum absorption. It does have a bitter after-taste in the powder form, but I simply place it on top of a food such as oatmeal or peanut butter, and swallow without tasting the powder.I consider this brand to be the best quality and value for the price, which is reasonable for the various quantities offered . There are never any added ingredients, and the dosages are easily managed.
