    I am really happy with the amazing outcome I've had by using this product. For three years I have suffered from an autoimmune condition which has stopped my hair from growing completly. This was hard for me because I love having long hair. I purchased this product and started taking it in April. I kid you not, by early May (less than two month time) I had already grown 2 inches. See pic collage. AMAZING!! I highly recommend this product for anyone with thinning, dry, hard to grow hair. Bulk Supplements offers their items in bulk powder form. It's so much easier to digest (I add this to my smoothies). It is flavorless and very fine-great for easy absorption. Thank you BULK SUPPLEMENTS. I am so thankful that you put this product out on to the market. I have been meaning to post this review for quite some time but never got around to it. Below is a collage of my before and after photos (should be attached) was taken on March 20th (right before I started taking the Biotin in April). As you can see, my hair was only 24 inches long. The after photo taken on June 12th shows 26 inches long (almost 27 inches long). Technically, hair should only grow a 1/2 inch per month or about 6 inches per year. Right now, it is almost 27 inches (another after photo will be shown in a separate post because I want to wait until July-August to see how much more it will grow). I hope this post was helpful. BUY THIS Product, you will not be disappointed and WILL BE amazed how much more energy you'll have. Biotin also helps to metabolize fat from the liver and slowly converts it into energy (as a Certified Clinical Nutritionist-it's okay for me to say this), and it will evidently make your hair grow thicker. So grab a bag and watch your hair grow right before your eyes. No kidding. Have a happy hair growth.

    My trusted brand for nutritional supplement powders. Here's another really good one.

    As far as I know, I love it. I trust Bulk Supplements, so I trust it is good quality. The powder is very fine and mostly dissolves in a glass of OJ. But lately, I have been putting it into yogurt and stirring it in with some flavored kefir. If it isn't completely dissolved, it doesn't affect anything. Really, it's tasteless and wouldn't be so bad if it didn't dissolve. I bought the orotate because I've read that it is the best way to take calcium orally. I take another medicine that uses calcium in order to absorb properly. And taking magnesium with the medicine is contraindicated. So I take magnesium orotate separately and calcium orotate with the medicine at night.

    The Bulksupplements Calcium Orotate Powder dissolves rapidly in water. The taste is very mild. The fine white powder blends well with whatever you chose without adulterating the flavor. My endocrinologist recommended that I take a calcium supplement. I'm aware that not all calcium supplements are readily absorbed and utilized, so I did some research on calcium supplementation. Calcium Orotate, the type of calcium found in milk, is the most bio-available. I am very pleased with the quality, and ease of use of this calcium powder. I will recommend to friends and will purchase again and again. 5 Stars!

    Orotates are supposed to penetrate cell membranes - UPDATED review

    Orotates are supposed to penetrate cell membranes, which should make this extremely effective for delivering calcium to the whole body. I'm mixing this form of calcium with Calcium Pyruvate (also from BS). Getting the proportions right is a bit tricky though, since this gives 10% Daily Value of calcium for a serving of 1/4 tsp., while Calcium Pyruvate gives 30% Daily Value of calcium for a serving of scant 1/2 tsp. I'm basically just mixing 50/50 and taking just once a day, and will just have to rely on food sources for whatever extra amount of calcium is needed. Food sources are good anyway, since there are "chaperones" (try searching 1999 Nobel Prize awarded to Guenter Blobel) in food sources that carry calcium where it's supposed to go in the body; you don't need too much extra calcium going just anywhere! I have noticed that I have a little extra energy lately, possibly related to the Calcium Pyruvate? ... and fingernails are growing well, always a good sign for me. This form is very powdery, but will mix with water using a little battery operated coffee whipper. UPDATE: I have never had fingernails as strong as mine have become over the past few months. I've re-ordered this and Calcium Pyruvate. I mix the two kinds of calcium and put into capsules, take 1 or 2 capsules right before bedtime. I've been taking a mixture of Magnesium Aspartate, Orotate, and Malate in the mornings. Occasionally take a Boron capsule, occasionally take some bamboo powder for silicon. It works.
