    So far, so good!

    I began using this 4 months ago to help regulate my menstrual cycle - For many years I've kept notes on what I experience during my cycle and I used to have predictable periods that were very similar in flow and length from month to month. However, in spring of 2021 that changed overnight. I began to have hugely varying start and end dates, lengths, overall amount, cramping, PMS... it's made life difficult, not least because of the stress caused by worrying about what these reproductive issues meant for my fertility and overall health. I've done a lot to try to improve my health, mostly through changes to my diet, lifestyle, and beauty/cleaning products, but it hasn't made an appreciable difference in my period problems. I spent a *long* time researching various supposed solutions, and finally decided to try Vitex powder. I started taking it about five months ago (~250mg at night before bedtime, starting on the day I ovulate and ending on the day my period starts), and I didn't see any positive changes for the first three months, but my month four period was significantly closer to normal than I've had in years.I wasn't planning on writing a review until I'd seen consistent improvement over several months, but I was so relieved to have a normal period for once that I had to write it all down and figured I may as well make it a review. I plan to update this after another couple of months. Hopefully it will continue to be a Five Star review!

    Purchased for a PPID Mare

    Bought this for my 25 yo mare; she suffers from PPID. She's been on meds from over three months with no noticeable sign of improvement. A friend recommended Chasteberry extract, so I thought, "Why not!" After three days, I saw improvement with her lameness (laminitis). She was able to walk much better and she felt better. Huge improvement over what I had seen for months.

    Cushings picky horse approved

    Using this for my cushings horse and the price is much more reasonable than horse supplements per dosing. Seems to be an affordable alternative to other supplements. I mix with water into my mares feed and can attest that is palatable for a picky horse
