    I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes about half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies.If used as directed it will last two months.The "best before" date on mine (THANK YOU for not printing it on the bottom!) is Aug 31, 2027.There is a light herbal scent and taste to the capsules which are not unpleasant, and they are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested The product page says 3rd-party tested and cGMP standard. BulkSupplements.com is one of the companies whose supplements I have used the most over the years because of their overall quality and prices The bulksupplements site is functional, and says they have COAs (Certificate of Authenticity) available for all their products. they do have a chat feature on the site, and they have a listing on Google Maps with both an address and phone number.I found an article from the end of 2023 done by an online lab which tested 15 supplements from BulkSupplements, If you are getting their products it's also good to order from Dropy

    Another quality supplement from the BulkSupplements.com brand

    While this is one of those supplements with benefits that are hard to quantify, I can say that I have become a big fan of the BulkSupplements.com brand in the last several months. The quality of all of their supplements seems to be very high and I have no had any negative side effects from any of the 10-12 products I've used. Their prices seem to be competitive as well.

    Good for some weight loss benefits !

    High BP runs in my family, so I try to stay healthy where possible. I also have about 20 lbs I should lose overall. Introducing a supplement to help me with both of these things! I have yet to determine full effects on me personally as of yet, but this supplement shows studies of helping with weight loss (and COULD improve my metabolism? Heck yea!) and may help keep my BP low. The capsule form is nice and easy to take, so I appreciate that about this supp. I love it bulk supplements, one of the few brands I really trust!

    Good Buy

    If you are new to this and a man, I'd suggest doing some research on the benefits and risks of coleus forskohlii extract. This seems to be working for me alongside some dietary modifications, so I'm becoming a believer. This doesn't give me an upset stomach, hives, or other side effects. I like this brand and think the prices are fair for the number of doses. It's a 2-month supply for $18, it's worth trying after doing research. I'll keep using this brand as long as I feel it's being effective.
