    Life changing for the best

    Life Changing

    I have struggled with fatigue for countless years. I finally found out that I had low vitamin D, which was obvious cause for feeling so tired all the time. However, once I got my vitamin D up, I found that my fatigue only improved slightly. Whenever I had my thyroid tested, the doctors always told me that I'm on the low side of normal. As a naturopath once said to me, you never want to be on the low side of normal. So, I started taking this supplement after trying tyrosine and finding that the tyrosine really helped with my energy. I find that DL-Phenylanine is much better than taking tyrosine. Obviously, anyone can do their research on why this is. From an experiential point of view, I feel like taking DL phenylanine just feels like feeling normal, whereas tyrosine can sometimes make you feel jolted. I take this supplement every morning on an empty stomach and it has been a life changer because I feel normal again.
