    This bottle is huge! Serving size is 3x pills per day and each serving delivers a whopping 2000mg of Irish Sea Moss. There is enough in each bottle to cover you for three months! There is no noticeable flavor or scent to the product, but the pills are a little large. Each pill is roughly 7/8" in length. Make sure to drink plenty of water, as it takes a few sips to get these down. The product came with a double seal to ensure product safety. After several weeks of use, I can feel my digestive process and energy have kicked into a higher gear.     Great Price and Ample Servings
