    Single capsule per day giving a 90 day supply

    Here are my thoughts on the L-Carnosine from Bulk Supplements. 1) Only one capsule a day. The capsule is a little large but still easy to swallow. Using only one capsule a day also gives you a 90 day supply.2) The count in my bottle was 90! I am surprised by how many times you don't get the number that is suppose to be in the bottle.3) I have not had any adverse side effects taking this product. CONCLUSION:The label states that the ingredients are globally sources, but the testing and manufacture is in the USA. The single dose and 90 day supply are nice making it easy to take and less times one needs to order a new supply in a year.

    A large pill to swallow, but well worth the benefits

    Daily supplement amount: 1 pill which is 500 mg. The size of the pill is a bit large, so for those with a strong gag reflex or just don't like taking pills you may have an issue. For me, it's completely tolerable.After 5 days: I immediately felt some differences after a few days, and by day 5 the effects started to normalize and they weren't as pronounced. Specifically, I felt that I had more energy when waking up in the morning, and oddly enough my libido was affected positively as well. This was very surprising, and I almost couldn't believe it myself. That said, I have noticed a sustained difference.After 10 days: The effects have completely normalized and I don't notice anything out of the ordinary. I haven't had any of the listed negative side effects, which is really appreciated. I tend to take my vitamins every other day, so I do the same with the L-Carnosine supplement.Will I keep using it: Yes, I plan to continue using the supplements until I run out. I will likely see how I feel for about a week without taking it once I've run out to see if there is a significant difference. If there is, then I will more than likely reorder L-Carnosine supplement.Would you recommend it: Yes, I absolutely would recommend it to males who are like me in that they typically eat a vegetarian diet with some added fish and poultry, but no red meat. I would doubly recommend it to those who are seeking the effect of increased libido.

    I know that this supplement boasts many potential benefits, but I ordered for three reasons. One, it's a Bulk Supplements item which ensures you are taking a high quality product. Two, double health benefits for my brain and stomach lining. Three, you receive a plentiful quantity over other brands. The capsules are not too large and become slippery when they meet water, which helps upon swallowing. After 3 months of consumption, I will continue to consume, based on my own experience.
