    I love lemon balm. It's a tonic remedy that improves your mood and has calming, anti-anxiety properties. It helps with mild depression, restlessness, and irritability. It reduces feelings of nervousness and panic, and it quiets a racing heart while calming the central nervous system. It's a useful remedy for heart palpitations of a nervous origin. It's also great for easing digestive problems like stomachache, indigestion, acidity, nausea and bloating. It helps nausea due to emotional problems. Lemon balm also relieves cold sores and reduces the chances of further outbreaks. It also has an antithyroid effect, so it's given to those with an overactive thyroid.The lemon balm herb and the essential oil both smell sweet and lemony. But this extract powder smells and tastes very different. It's very bitter, slightly brown, and is a bit sticky on your fingers the way mushroom powders usually are. I would recommend ingesting this extract in capsules or blending it in with something sweeter to bypass the raw taste.Lemon Balm infusions help relieve nervous headaches, the tincture helps relieve anxiety and mild depression, and the essential oil mixed with olive oil helps relieve pain from shingles, flu with muscle aches, and other painful conditions. Overall lemon balm is a really excellent remedy for multiple issues, and I believe this extract powder is of good quality. I mixed the lemon balm, L-theanine, GABA, Maca, Vitamin C, MSM, Astragalus, and Choline into Emergen-C Immune vitamin powder. I added water, shook the bottle, and drank it down. It tasted pretty good and I got this immense feeling of wellbeing, of total relaxation, and calm. It was pretty instant and I found myself smiling, even though I hadn't slept for 2 days. I went right to sleep afterwards and slept so hard. It was great!

    Try this instead of popping pills!

    I gave this a try for a low grade general anxiety I felt on a regular basis...for no particular "reason". I just felt uneasy and/or self conscious. And I'm a secure, confident woman, so I don't know why. I even had a pain pill habit for a few years, which I quit 10 yrs ago with the help of Suboxone. I had tried all kinds of "brain" supplements through the years, to feel happy and balanced Nothing I've tried made me feel any different....until THIS!I'm so grateful I tried it. The day it arrived I mixed some in my tea. It smells/tastes awesome...like that instant Lipton lemony tea. And mixes in easily. I mix maybe half a teaspoon into my AM coffee, and maybe half teaspoon in my tea later. Maybe less would be enough but who cares! I've used it about 3 weeks now, and have NOT ONCE had this general anxiety/self conscious feeling!I just feel "normal", balanced, and well-adjusted. If you feel like I did, you should definitely try it. It's made a huge difference.*UPDATE 5-5-20. Been close to a year and happy to report still no anxiety! None!

    Helps my high energy husband sleep.
