    BS'S MELATONIN HAS REPLACED DIPHENHYDRAMINE AND ITS RISKS...NOW I GET TO SLEEP & STAY ASLEEP BETTER

    I had gotten away from using Melatonin for sleep because of circumstances, and found a deal on Diphenhydramine for a sleep aid and for itching. I had to keep increasing the dose if I used it regularly. THEN, I researched why that was, and in the midst of that, I learned that studies have found it to have a link to and an increased risk of leading to developing dementia and Alzheimer's disease. That was the end of that for regular and mass use.I have been using many of Bulk Supplements' products for a few years and find them very reliable and productive for their intended purposes. After using BS Melatonin for just a couple of nights, I instantly noticed the difference in waking up less groggy after having slept calmly after having attained sleep more easily. There is no strong taste to worry about. I have experienced no side effects, although I'm more focused on not having the side effects from using Diphenhydramine...and no worries of increasing Alzheimer's disease risks.BS's products are nearly always a good value and are independently third-party tested.

    Good basic melatonin supplement

    This is a good value no non-sense melatonin. It works well, and the capsules were sealed. I didn't see any melatonin dust escaping in the container. Nothing negative to report overall.

    Knock out pills

    First and foremost, on any ingestible item I try to find sourcing and company information. In this case I found enough information to make me completely at ease taking this melatonin. I ordered both the 5mg and the 10mg. I tried both over the last few evenings. The only difference for me was how fast I went to sleep. This had no effect on how long I actually slept though. Waking up was also no issue. In my case it may have been the cat trying to sleep on my face.
