    Will get it again...

    I take Melatonin to sleep. I started with 2mg but felt like it was not doing anything, so I got 5mg. But this melatonin, yes, only 2mg,but works great. Our body will refuse to make its own melatonin if we take supplements, so preferably, I don't want to take more than 2mg. This melatonin works great, helps me get a good night's rest, and works quickly. Good for the whole year. Nothing bad to say, I hope they will never discontinue this product.

    Melatonin Softgel - No Aftertaste

    Bulk Supplements 2 mg 365 capsules of melatonin is a good value. I like that the melatonin is a softgel versus a tablet. I normally take 5 mg daily and the tablet I use dissolves before I can swallow it leaving an unpleasant aftertaste. The Bulk Supplement soft gel is easy to swallow and even when taking 3 soft gels (6 mg) at once, leaves no aftertaste. Large quantity of softgels - at 3 per day this bottle will last me 4 months. I could not locate an expiration date on the bottle.

    THESE PILLS ENDED MY PROBLEMS SLEEPING FOR LONG TIMES. I ONLY SLEPT 3 TO 4 HOURS A DAY AND WOKE UP AND COULD NOT GO BACK TO SLEEP. BUT SINCE I STARTED TAKING THESE PILLS I SLEEP UP TO 9 HOURS AND I WAKE UP WITH MORE ENERGY. THESE PILLS ARE VERY EFFECTIVE. I RECOMMEND THEM 100%.
