    Works well, I like the capsules better than powder compacted pills

    I think the main reason to get these is that the capsule version of melatonin goes down significantly better than the compacted powder versions. I found out the powder compacted versions get stuck in my throat or stuck in my mouth very easily. These go down significantly better and are just as effective as any other melatonin I've taken.
