    Good value but still a little early to determine effectiveness

    Purchased to help with some holistic maintenance. This was one of the better priced supplements per count/serving. So far there haven't been any adverse side-effects and I've been taking one capsule per day for about two weeks Capsule are small and easy to take with my daily multi-vitamin and other supplements post-workout.
