    Pure & Powerful Methylcobalamin

    Pure methylcobalamin powder is not easy to obtain - but this is it, the real deal. Ten grams of red powder does not look like a lot, but a little bit goes a long ways: a common B12 dose is 1mg, so this packet contains 10,000 doses. The problem then becomes how to accurately measure 1mg, when 1mg is the smallest increment a milligram scale can detect. Your scale registers 1mg, up until it registers 2mg...so when it reads 1mg, you might have anywhere between 1 and 1.9mg. I work around this by measuring out 20mg at a time, which I put into a liquid solution that I dispense from a dropper bottle using a dropper with mL markings - 1/20th of the solution is one dose. Not perfect - the actual dose might be slightly higher than intended - but close enough. I can attest that the color of the solution is deep red, as it should be. And it appears to be bio-active, generating my typical bodily reactions to supplemental B12. This is a great product to have, but it is only appropriate for users who respect its potency and are prepared to deal with fine measurements.
