    Worked Great For Me

    As many reviews will point out; the consistency is not great and takes some getting used to. I am not a huge workout nut, but I am dieting and I heard it is beneficial to use protein during your diet so that your weight loss is all fat and no muscle. Also, my protein intake was a bit low and needed supplement. Only once before had I taken protein, and it was like a milkshake mix which easily mixed into water. I found that this didn't easily mix into water at the dosage recommended on the bag. When I first tried it, I mixed it with 2 cups of almond milk and almost threw up and thought this would be a waste of money. The consistency is similar to pancake mix when used in high amounts or not mixed properly. Some reviews have said they just can't avoid the taste, but I haven't had that problem after I start mixing this into smoothies. I mix 15 grams of this in with half a banana, 1/4th cup of Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 2-4 strawberries, and 1 cup of almond milk. I barely taste it at all, and the smoothie is a great deal of fiber and protein, and a decent amount of my daily fruit. I drink two of these smoothies everyday, and I have ordered this bag three times so far.

    Blends easily with a milk frother

    Blends perfectly with a milk frother. I read some reviews that said they had trouble getting it to blend well. I have not had that issue. I add it to my chai tea lattes to get a little extra protein and easily mix it all up with my inexpensive, battery powered milk frother. One cup chilled chai tea, 1/2 cup whole milk, one teaspoon maple syrup, one teaspoon cacao powder, and one tablespoon of this protein powder. Serve over ice. Super quick to make. I can't taste the protein powder at all. It doesn't change the taste or texture of my latte.
