    Superb article but work with with caution!

    This is a great product, easy to take, and great for your skin, but use with caution! If you have any acne issues, skin issues, vitamin A is great for that. It makes your skin feel super soft and smooth by increasing collagen production. You'll notice a difference within a day of taking it in the texture of your skin. You do have to be careful not to take too much. You only need a small amount to make a difference. WARNING to those who are pregnant don't take vitamin A like this, it's probably already in your prenatals, and taking too much can harm your unborn baby!!!! Also to those who may become pregnant within months of taking this, do not take more than 10,000 IU daily, taking more than that could be harmful to the fetus if you do become pregnant. Also when taking higher doses of vitamin A you should avoid alcohol because vitamin A in high doses will tax your liver and you don't want to over tax your liver by drinking lots of alcohol, or taking lots of Tylenol/motrin etc.

    Great Seller/Great Product! This product was a bit more than I expected, and will go a very long way in my cosmetic products. The great part about it is that not only can I use it in my cosmetic products, I can use it as a vitamin supplement to take orally - which is a GREAT bonus!     I adore this!

    I love this powder and I use it in cosmetics that I make. Retinol is supposed to be amazing for your skin and I am definitely seeing an improvement in my acne and wrinkles (I thought by age 30 you're supposed to have one or the other, but I have both!! *MANY TEARS*). I think the quality of this powder is really great and the packaging for this product is nice and sturdy and doesn't let light in either. I especially like this product because I can incorporate more retinol into my routine for a fraction of the price of purchasing it in ready-made cosmetics. Awesome product at an awesome price!
