It absolutely does the job!
It really works! The first week we moved into our house, my husband tracked in some reddish dirt onto our new carpet. For 5 years, I've been trying to get it out. I have a carpet cleaning machine I used with solution, then used dawn dishwashing power spray, vinegar and water, you name it. I finally saw a commercial on TV so ordered some. It worked amazingly well. While it's not totally removed, it is so much better. I'm going to try another round now that it's dried out.
