Frustrating...
Where do I begin? I purchased the Burst water flosser and had high hopes after reading the reviews. However, about three months after my purchase, I started to have problems with the flosser. I reached out to Burst and explained my problem and they gave me a couple of ideas to solve the issue, which dealt with problems switching speeds, etc. I still had some problems and after reaching out again, they were nice enough to send a replacement. That replacement worked fine for a few months but then I started having problems with the on-off switch not working properly. Sometimes it would not turn on and other times it would not turn off. I finally tossed the replacement in the trash. I went back to the original flosser which I still had and used it for 2-3 days but it remained stuck in a slow mode and would not allow me to change speeds even after I reset it per instructions from Burst. I tossed that one in the trash as well out of frustration.Bottom line I'm sorry I made the purchase and it ended up being a waste of money. After the two major issues I encountered with these products, I would not recommend it. Try it at your own risk.

Love this!
Quite honestly, this makes flossing EASY & EFFECTIVE! I haven't regretted this purchase one day since receiving it. The best tip that I can offer is to keep your head & device over the sink or use it in the shower. It has great water pressure, which means lots of spray in whatever direction the tip is positioned! Highly recommend this to make flossing way less of a chore!

Very effective & easy to use water flosser
I really like this water flosser. It has a nice, easy to hold design & works really well to clean the teeth. It holds enough water so that I don't have to continue to refill it--- gets the job done with one water fill up.

Perfect for home or traveling
This is my second water floss, product, and by far the best. Yes, the water reservoir is not as large as some of the others, but it is perfectly adequate. Easy to use, has three different settings, that are easy to change. Definitely enough power to get all the food out from between my teeth. I use this when I had braces, and I use it now with my retainer, so that my teeth are always clean. I like the design, and the fact that it doesn't have a tube to suck the water. The charge lasts for an extended period of time and recharging is very quick. I can go two to three weeks, and it's still got a good charge to it. Highly recommend.
