Does this lip plumper actually plump lips? Yes, it does, You are not going to look like you have fish lips or had some collagen injected into your lips. Once you apply the lip polish, The effect lasts for about an hour or so. The lip polish is sheerer than the lip cream. Gabby - This is a wine-colored lip polish that has a shimmery, silvery effect. Your lips will look very shiny. I applied without lip liner but I prefer the look of a lined lip with this lip polish to accentuate its fullness.

Great Lipgloss! Not Sure About Plumping…
I'm 47 so the hands of time are working on my lips. I have major thinning going on and they aren't as hydrated as they were a decade ago. I've tried SO many glosses over the years look g for one that would plump, moisturize and look nice on me. I always bought the wrong color, ones that didn't have staying power, and ones that made me look older than I am. I love this one! feel of it on my lips was refreshing, the color was spot on beautiful for my complexion, and it stayed on for a couple of hours without having to reapply. Will be buying this again!
