Product details

The B+W 72mm Master UV Haze MRC Nano 010M Glass Filter is a premium optical accessory crafted in Germany by Schneider Kreuznach to provide exceptional image clarity and permanent lens protection. Engineered for professional and enthusiast photographers alike, this color-neutral filter blocks the invisible ultraviolet components of daylight that often cause atmospheric blur, lack of contrast, and unwanted blueish color casts in outdoor images.

It is especially effective for landscape photography in high mountain regions, coastal areas, and environments with pure sea air, delivering sharper details and more brilliant color reproduction without causing any light loss. Beyond its optical performance, this filter serves as a robust physical shield for your expensive camera lenses, safeguarding the front element against dust, moisture, scratches, and accidental impacts.

Featuring premium Schott optical glass set in an ultra-slim, low-profile black knurled brass mount, it provides an excellent grip during installation while effectively preventing vignetting even when used on wide-angle lenses down to a 17mm full-frame format.

  1. Align the threaded ring of the filter with the front thread of your seventy-two millimeter camera lens.
  2. Gently rotate the filter clockwise using the knurled outer edge until it is securely attached.
  3. Keep it mounted permanently on your lens to ensure continuous optical protection during outdoor shooting.

Premium Schott optical glass element, precision-machined brass filter ring structure, and advanced multi-resistant nano coating layers.

Get a filter to protect this filter

I love this filter so much that I went to Walmart and bought a $10.99 filter to protect my $75 B+W filter.

    The usual B&W standard

As expected. Arrived in sealed Box, inside leatherette pouch, pristine. Solid feel, not bulky, easy to screw on front element to protect my expensive lens, doesn't vignette and lens cap still goes on. Don't cheap out and put low quality glass on your red badge Fujifilm optics.
