  1. To open the pump mechanism for the first time, firmly hold the base of the pump collar and turn the spout counterclockwise until it pops up.
  2. Unscrew the main cap from the bottle neck and fill the transparent cylinder with your preferred liquid soap, shampoo, or lotion.
  3. Screw the cap back on securely.
  4. Press down firmly on the pump head several times to prime the mechanism and dispense the contents.
  5. For travel or storage, press the pump head all the way down and rotate it clockwise to lock it in the retracted position.
