So far, every pad I've opened has been properly saturated with the 70% alcohol solution. The foil wrappers are sealed tight, so I haven't run into any "duds."Just be aware of the size. These are standard medical prep pads (meant for prepping an injection site or cleaning a small cut), so they are quite small and thin. They are 2-ply, but they unfold to be about the size of a postage stamp or slightly larger. If you are trying to wipe down a phone screen or a pair of glasses, you will probably need to use two of them to get the job done. For basic first aid or quick spot cleaning, though, they work exactly as they should.
