It Boosts The Immune System
I love Garlic for its taste and for its benefits. I am not the greatest fan of the taste of Cayenne Pepper, but love its benefits. Garlic boosts the immune system, improves the lipid profile (cholesterol), reduces blood pressure and is an excellent antibiotic, among other benefits. Cayenne Pepper boosts the immune system and improves digestion, among other benefits. Combining these two herbs into one single product was a genius stroke, which I can only applaud. I take one capsule of Carlyle's Garlic (1 gram) + Cayenne Pepper (150mg) with a meal (lunch or dinner). I have never experienced any adverse effects such as burping, bloating, acid reflux, etc. I am very happy with the result and highly recommend this product.

No Aftertaste
I have been taking these for a week now, and I have not noticed any side effects or aftertaste. I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and it's possible these can help control my issues. I will update if there are any changes in the next few weeks, but these are looking good so far.

The benefits of this combination is said to be fantastic for over all health. I just started taking them, so I can't speak on that. But, they are easy to swallow, no bad aftertaste at all, and they didn't upset my stomach.
