Great wind noise reduction for earbuds on a bicycle, maybe not so good for higher speed motorcycle
Works fantastic for speeds under 15 mph. For me, when going above 20 they work but are not as effective. I can still hear my bone conduction earbuds but above 20 mph, it gets difficult. The good news is I'm generally under 15 mph on my bicycle, so I love them!

Yes, They Do Work to Reduce Wind Noise!
The noise reduction up to 22-25 mph is fantastic! Above 22-25 mph noise reduction is still present, but the noise is more noticeable. It's very easy to demonstrate the noise reduction by simply wearing the noise blocker on one side of the helmet but not the other side. My ears are so much happier with these. 90% of my riding is on dirt trails, but I also ride on some bike paths or streets to get to the mountain trails. They do not block ambient noise such as from cars or fellow riders. They are comfortable and fit easily over the helmet straps. They are very quick to install and remove.

Works great to reduce wind noise on calls while cycling
Works well, even in the slim form factor. I use this with my Shokz bone conduction headset, so that the wind noise is reduced for the pickup mic in the headset. The Shokz speakers are bone conduction, but the microphone is open-air, and is affected by wind buffering noise. These prevent that wind noise from being a problem by roughening up the barrier layer airstream as it passes by your temples.
