    It maintained a "refrigerator level" temperature for effortlessly 12 hours, which covered door to door across country.Its capacity is minimal, I had six small vials (single injection) in the cloth bag, and it could have held maybe four more at least. The highest the temperature it would have sustained was 74 degrees for three hours of the 12. I'd not want to do that unless flying business/first as I'd be likely to forget it's there, and the attendants don't pay that much attention to those of us in steerage!The thing that unhappy me was that there was nothing on the cylinder indicating MEDICATIONS or TSA approved for MEDICATIONS as the write up mentioned that it was an approved travel/storage/temperature controlled vessel. If one needs to have this for longer travel, then it might be worth testing the duration it will hold your product, or inquiring as to whether it could go into the frig on the plane.
