  A Game-Changer for Dry Skin - Legit Worth Every Penny

  I don't usually leave reviews, but this one deserves it. I picked up the CeraVe Moisturizing Cream because my skin was getting dry, tight, and honestly a little rough - especially after showering. After using it consistently, I can say this is one of those products that quietly sneaks into your routine and becomes something you can't live without.The texture is thick but not greasy - it's that perfect balance where it feels rich, but it absorbs surprisingly fast. My skin immediately felt softer, smoother, and actually hydrated, not just coated. The ceramides and hyaluronic acid make a noticeable difference: instead of just sitting on top of my skin, it actually feels like it strengthens my skin barrier. Even after washing my hands or face, that moisturized feeling still stays there.One of the best things is that it's fragrance-free and non-comedogenic.   One of Wirecutter's upper moisturizing picks and I wholly agree

  I bought this because it claims it's great for body and face which is unusual. Also, I was using and still use a high quality shea butter for body moisturizing especially when I swim because It's not water absorbing. But I was still getting these little rough patches on my lower legs and my body was feeling dry.Since using the CeraVe moisturizing cream, I've noticed a couple of things. My skin is softer - and it's still moisturizing the day after I apply it (after showering; I don't use soap on leg and arms when I shower - too drying). I was a little concerned also about putting it on my face since I have sensitive skin and it's a bit thick. But it's been working fine. I think the the hyaluronic acid and the ceramides really make the difference. As does the price!

  It's not glamorous but it does the job wonders - even while I am on Accutane!

  This is the best, most luxurious lotion I have ever used. And the only lotion that I can even stand to be on my skin.I started Accutane (for acne) last year and was told that my skin would dry out horribly and that I needed to find a good moisturizer to limit the peeling and cracking that I would inevitably experience. Prior to the medicine my skin was oily and very acne prone and every lotion that I had tried either made me feel like I was wearing a latex suit or broke me out horribly. After doing some research I read that this was a great solution and figured I would give it a try. I started it out right away to try to avoid getting dry and was shocked at how well it worked. Even at the beginning when I was still oily this lotion never felt too heavy. Now don't get me wrong-it goes on like frosting and initially feels like a lot-but within minutes it soaks in and leaves your skin feeling like a little kids (not the sticky kind of little kid though-the good clean little kids with undamaged skin). It will last for days too. No need to reapply because it has soaked in to your skin and doesn't just sit on the surface. My skin has never been this soft. And here I am, nearly 9 months in to my Accutane medication regimen and I am not flaking or peeling. In fact, my skin has never looked better or more healthy. My doctors are shocked at how my skin has stayed moisturized because nearly everyone peels. And it doesn't break you out which is obviously something super important. Now, could I be an anomoly? Maybe, but I don't think so. I honestly think this lotion is Just. That. Good! The price isn't bad either!

  The absolute best

  As a retired nurse, I've tried countless moisturizers over the years. CeraVe is the ONLY one that absolutely helps & restores the natural texture of your skin, without heavy scents & oily ingredients. No petroleum. Hyaluronic acid is one of the ingredients & I look for it in all of my facial products. The cream is thick, absorbs quickly, is not at all greasy & leaves skin feeling refreshed & pampered. The ceramides of course are part of the formula. Excellent product. At my last job, all of the doctors kept a jar of CeraVe on their desk. That speaks volumes!
