  1. Twist open the cushion applicator to unlock the product.

    Gorgeous!!!

    These Charlotte Tilbury liquid highlighter minis are so beautiful! They have so much sparkle and the colors are beautiful. They blend out smoothly and add the perfect amount of highlight. You can use a small amount for a light glow or use more for a full on blingy highlight! They are just so beautiful on the skin, I love them!
