these seem to work well, I have a constant issue with uti's but I started drinking these as a prevention method or to hold off until I can get to a doctor (do what works best for you, this was my personal experience). I started drinking them every day with my collagen and magnesium, and get it over with in the morning. at first when I used them it seemed to make my stomach upset, but I haven't had that issue in a long time, so it could have been something else. they are easy to swallow, you can drink them alone, but I like the flavor better with my lemon flavored magnesium. you just. mix the packet with water and you're good to go. I haven't had to really use them for pain relief so I cannot comment on that. They seem to work and if they keep me from the doctor's office, that beats a copay so I would say they are worth the value.

I have to say, these are pretty amazing. As someone who suffers for mmm from UTI's these are a MUST HAVE. The first little sign I get of a UTI I grab this and suck it down! The taste is kind of bitter but it's 100% worth it to avoid a Dr appointment. Product smells how it taste, easy to use just add to water.
