FAQs
Is the AirTag case worth it?
Yes, investing in a rugged case is worth it to prevent your tracking device from slipping out or getting scratched. Standard keychains can wear out, but a reinforced lock case ensures your tracker stays attached to your belongings through rough transit.
Why does Apple say not to put AirTag on dogs?
Apple designed the AirTag primarily to track items like keys and luggage, rather than live animals. However, many users safely utilize them for pets by securing the tracker inside a tightly locked, waterproof holder that prevents the animal from chewing or losing it.
What is the downside of AirTags?
The primary downside is their susceptibility to cosmetic scratches and the risk of separation from cheap, loose keychains. Utilizing an enclosed, dual-layer protective shell eliminates these physical vulnerabilities effectively.
