FAQs
Can these shears be used on other animals like goats or dogs?
Yes, these electric shears are highly versatile and suitable for goats, alpacas, and other livestock with dense coats. However, they are generally too powerful and loud for standard household dogs, which require smaller, specialized pet clippers.
How often should I oil the blades during shearing?
To maintain optimal performance and prevent overheating, you should apply a few drops of clipper oil to the blades every ten to fifteen minutes of continuous use.
How do I prevent the clipper blades from getting too hot?
Keep the blades well-lubricated with oil, clear away trapped hair frequently, and allow the machine to rest and cool down periodically during large grooming tasks.
Are these CJ Farms shears authentic imports available in India?
Yes, Dropy sources these authentic products directly from the United States, ensuring Indian customers receive genuine, high-quality international farm grooming equipment.
What voltage do these electric clippers operate on?
These electric livestock clippers are designed to run on standard power outlets. Please check the specific voltage requirements of the model to ensure compatibility with your local power grid, or use an appropriate converter if necessary.
