    Even though the Mia Smart isn't listed as a compatible device, these brush heads fit and work with it. Someone must have had an inventory that benefits all those people with devices who were out of luck when the company closed.-- Debbie Lee Wesselmann The brush head is so tender that I was taken aback that it was designated for blemished skin; however, the inner circle seems a little more vigorous than the one it replaced.These seem to be genuine Clarisonic brush heads despite the company's going out of business in 2020.
