  1. Shake well before each use.
  2. Hold container 4 to 6 inches from the skin and spray liberally, spreading evenly by hand 15 minutes before sun exposure.
  3. Do not spray directly into face; spray on hands first and then apply to face.
  4. Do not apply in windy conditions.
  5. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every 2 hours.
