  1. Hold the container 4 to 6 inches away from the skin to apply.
  2. Spray generously and rub evenly into all exposed skin 15 minutes before sun exposure.
  3. Do not spray directly onto face; spray into hands and rub onto child's face.
  4. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every 2 hours.
